Clockwork Cabernet Merlot has lashings of blackberry and blackcurrant fruit flavour with hints of vanilla spice and soft smooth tannins to finish.

The 2007 Clockwork Cabernet Merlot was awarded a gold medal at the 2008 Royal Melbourne Wine Show, selected along with 14 others as a finalist for the 2008 Jimmy Watson Trophy. Senior Winemaker Craig Newton said he was "pretty stoked" with just the gold medal let alone making the final for the Jimmy Watson Trophy. "Considering this is a new brand and that this is the first time we have entered this wine in a show, to win a gold medal let alone make the final of the Jimmy is fantastic," he said. "Whether we win or lose I am just really happy to get the brand off to a flying start," said Craig.
